Conference Refund Policy
To cancel a conference registration and request a refund, send a request to email@example.com no later than 30 days before the conference. Include the reason for the refund and all contact information. The executive officers will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and send a reply and/or refund within 60 days of receiving the request. Refund requests received within 30 days of the conference will not be considered under any circumstance. Substitutions are allowed.
